All cancellations must be made in writing by email or fax 504-837-4885. Cancellations received on or before September 1, 2017 will be refunded less a $150 per person processing fee. A service fee of $50 will be charged to change names of initial registrants. Cancellations postmarked after September 1, 2017 will be issued a credit, less the $150 per person processing fee. This credit must apply either towards the purchase of 2017 CDs and/or DVDs (if offered), or partial payment of 2018 Conference registration fees. Credits expire on December 31, 2018. No-shows without prior written notice of cancellation will not be refunded or credited. Exceptions cannot be made to this policy.
