The Exhibitor Kit is our internal document which contains very important information pertaining to your booth, the Exhibit Hall and all due dates for required submissions.
All required due dates for submissions must be met in order for the Conference planning process to go smoothly. If deadlines are not met for requested materials, those benefits of your sponsorship may be forfeited.
Wireless internet will be provided in the meeting space and Exhibit Hall this year, compliments of Newcore Gold Ltd. Password information may be obtained at the Exhibitor Registration Desk on-site.
Encore Global
Encore is the Hilton’s in-house audiovisual provider.Each booth will be set up for you with a 10-amp power drop.Please click on the link below if you would like to order wired internet for your booth, electronic equipment, or additional power.
Freeman is the official show decorator. They will be your contact for shipping items to or from the conference, labor for installation or dismantling, ordering furniture or renting other items for your booth. They are also able to design and print exhibit-related graphics and signage.

Electronic Lead Retrieval
Using the Whova event app from your own smartphone or tablet, exhibitors can easily collect leads by scanning the QR code on attendee name badges. Leads can also be added manually if a QR code is not available. Simply download the Whova event app from the App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play (for Android), join the 2026 New Orleans Investment Conference and scroll down to the Exhibitor Hub section.

Note: You must be registered into Whova by Conference staff first in order to access the 2026 event and the Lead Retrieval Tool.

The host hotel is the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. To take advantage of our specially negotiated sleeping room rate, please click here to book your reservations into our Conference room block, or call the hotel at 504-561-0500 (or 1-800-HILTONS) for reservations and specifically mention the New Orleans Investment Conference to receive our group rate.
Any company reaching out to make your travel or airport transfer arrangements is likely a scam, as we do not provide exhibitor contact info to third parties. For simplicity and credibility in booking, please be sure to utilize the links provided here to ensure that you receive the proper discounts available to New Orleans Conference attendees.
Please be advised that we do not authorize, or provide contact information, for third party hotel booking agencies. It has unfortunately become common place that exhibitors will receive calls and/or emails from companies seemingly representing the Conference’s interests, offering to book rooms for the New Orleans Investment Conference. These companies are not affiliated with the New Orleans Investment Conference, nor with the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. We have been in close contact with the hotel and have been informed that these types of companies will try to entice groups potentially staying at hotels to book into a block that they may (or may not) have secured at the hotel or move into a block they have (or may not have) reserved at another hotel.
